The Royal Festival Hall stands at the heart of the Southbank Centre complex, which as the largest arts venue in Europe attracts more than three million visitors a year by presenting nearly 1000 paid performances. Opened in 1951 as part of the Festival of Britain, the Hall is one of the world's leading performance venues.

It is fitting that Shen Yun – a show which combines the artistic heights from several of China’s dynasties with modern technological wizardry – should premiere in the UK at the Royal Festival Hall.
